Hawaii Island Rates:
$250 Hilo district. (Fee covers 1 1/2 hr show) . With hula dancers, add $50.
$227 Puna & Haumakua districts. (Fee covers 1 1/2 hr show). With hula dancers, add $75.
$300 Waimea & Ka'u districts. (Fee covers 1 1/2 hr show). With hula dancers, add $100.
$350 Kohala & Kona districts. (Fee covers 1 1/2 hr show). With hula dancers, add $125.
